1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By registering for and using TNR Cards & Collectibles ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Service.
2. BETA SERVICE DISCLAIMER
TNR Cards & Collectibles is in beta testing and may contain errors, bugs, or incomplete features. We provide this Service "AS IS" without warranties or guarantees. Use at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time.
3. USER ELIGIBILITY
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service
- You must be a legal resident of the United States of America
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You agree to maintain accurate and complete account information
- You may not create multiple accounts or use false information
4. PROHIBITED CONTENT & CONDUCT
Users agree not to:
- Upload, post, or transmit illegal content or stolen goods
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading conduct
- Violate intellectual property rights or trademark rights
- Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse other users
- Attempt to access unauthorized parts of the Service
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers without permission
- Circumvent security measures or licensing restrictions
- Sell or distribute restricted items (weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, etc.)
- Violate export control or sanctions laws
- Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on TNR Cards & Collectibles, including logos, layouts, and designs, is the property of TNR Cards & Collectibles or its licensors. Users grant TNR Cards & Collectibles a license to use user-submitted content for operational purposes.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TNR CARDS & COLLECTIBLES IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
7. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TNR Cards & Collectibles, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, to be held in Pennsylvania, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
9. TERMINATION
TNR Cards & Collectibles reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, beta program rules, or illegal activity.
10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We may modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania without regard to conflicts of law principles.
12. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Service, along with the Privacy Policy, Buyer Agreement, Seller Agreement, and Beta Testing Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and TNR Cards & Collectibles.

Privacy Policy
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect the following types of information:
- Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, shipping address, billing address
- Payment Information: Credit card details, payment processor tokens (processed securely)
- Account Information: Username, password (hashed), profile information, preferences
- Transaction Information: Purchase history, listings, bids, messages between buyers and sellers
- Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referral information
- Cookies & Analytics: First-party and third-party cookies for functionality and analytics

3. INFORMATION SHARING & DISCLOSURE - NO THIRD-PARTY SHARING
TNR Cards & Collectibles does NOT share any personal information with third parties.
Your personal data is never shared with external companies, marketing firms, or third-party organizations for any purpose.
The ONLY exceptions to this policy are:
- Legal Compliance Only: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or direct law enforcement request
- Internal Processing: Payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant payment processors (your card data is encrypted and never stored on our servers)
- Within Marketplace: Seller contact information is visible only to buyers they transact with
We DO NOT:
- Sell personal information
- Rent personal information
- Share data with marketing companies
- Share data with third-party advertisers
- Share data with analytics companies
- Share data with business partners or affiliates
- Share any data beyond what is absolutely necessary for transaction processing
4. COOKIES & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to enhance your experience. You can control cookie settings in your browser, though some features may be limited.
5. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You may request data deletion subject to legal requirements.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA COMPLIANCE)
Our Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn we have collected information from a user under 13, we will delete it and notify the user's parent/guardian.
7. DATA SECURITY
We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no online service is completely secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.
8. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA)
California residents have the right to:

10. INTERNATIONAL USERS
This Service is available only to residents of the United States. Users outside the USA should not register or use this Service.

Buyer Agreement
1. BUYER RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a buyer on TNR Cards & Collectibles, you have the right to:
- Browse and search products accurately represented by sellers
- Place bids or purchase items at listed prices
- Receive items in the condition described
- File disputes for non-delivery or condition issues
- Receive refunds for fraudulent or significantly misrepresented items
You agree to:
- Provide accurate shipping and billing information
- Pay the full purchase price plus any applicable fees
- Accept items in good faith
- Not file fraudulent disputes or chargebacks
- Treat sellers professionally and respectfully
2. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY & CONDITION
Buyers purchase items "AS IS" based on seller descriptions and photos. While we encourage detailed descriptions, TNR Cards & Collectibles is not responsible for misrepresentation by individual sellers. Buyers have 14 days from receipt to report significant condition discrepancies.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment must be made through our secure payment gateway using:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Debit cards
- Digital payment services (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Bank transfers (where available)
All payments are non-refundable except as provided in official dispute resolution or through seller agreement.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping costs and timing are set by the seller. Once an order is placed:
- Sellers are responsible for timely shipment (typically within 3-5 business days)
- Buyers are responsible for providing accurate addresses
- TNR Cards & Collectibles is not liable for lost shipments after carrier delivery confirmation
- Buyers should file claims with the shipping carrier for lost packages
- Insurance is optional and paid separately
5. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Individual sellers set their own return policies. Standard practice:
- Most items are non-returnable unless condition is significantly misrepresented
- Buyers have 14 days to report condition issues
- Return shipping is typically the buyer's responsibility
- Restocking fees may apply to certain items
- All sales are final for graded or authenticated items
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute arises:
- Contact the seller directly to resolve (24-48 hour response expected)
- If unresolved, file a formal dispute with TNR Cards & Collectibles within 30 days of purchase
- Provide evidence (photos, communications, carrier tracking)
- TNR Cards & Collectibles will mediate and make a final determination
- Decisions are binding unless fraud is involved
7. PROHIBITED BUYER CONDUCT
Buyers agree not to:
- File false or fraudulent disputes or chargebacks
- Damage items and claim condition issues
- Use PayPal/credit card chargebacks to avoid seller resolution
- Harass or threaten sellers
- Engage in shill bidding (using multiple accounts to inflate prices)
- Purchase items and attempt to resell before payment completes
- Purchase restricted items (counterfeit, illegal goods, etc.)
8. ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS
Buyers with patterns of fraudulent disputes or chargebacks may have their accounts restricted or terminated.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TNR Cards & Collectibles acts as a marketplace facilitator, not as a party to sales transactions. We are not liable for:
- Item quality, authenticity, or condition
- Delayed delivery or lost packages (after carrier confirmation)
- Seller fraud or misrepresentation
- Technical issues or website downtime

Seller Agreement
1. SELLER TERMS & REQUIREMENTS
To sell on TNR Cards & Collectibles, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age and a US resident
- Provide valid identification and contact information
- Maintain a verified payment method for earnings withdrawals
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
- Agree to TNR Cards & Collectibles fees and commission structures
- Maintain item authenticity and accurate descriptions
2. LISTING REQUIREMENTS
All listings must include:
- Accurate item title and category classification
- Detailed description (condition, grade if applicable, defects)
- Multiple clear photos from multiple angles
- Grading details (if applicable) with certification numbers
- Exact specifications (set, year, edition, variant)
- Honest condition assessment (not graded, near mint, excellent, good, fair)
- Accurate shipping cost or free shipping indication
- Return policy clearly stated
3. PROHIBITED ITEMS
Sellers agree NOT to list, sell, or distribute:
- Counterfeit, forged, or unauthorized reproductions
- Stolen goods or items with unknown provenance
- Items requiring special export licenses or restricted by law
- Weapons, explosives, or dangerous materials
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Adult or sexually explicit content
- Items that infringe copyright, trademark, or patent rights
- Recalled or banned products
- Currency or bearer bonds
- Protected endangered species or materials
- Items violating state law (e.g., state-restricted collectibles)
4. GRADING, AUTHENTICITY & CERTIFICATION
If claiming items are graded or authenticated:
- Must provide legitimate third-party certification (PSA, CGC, BGS, etc.)
- Must clearly display certification number and grade
- Must not make false certifications or misrepresent grades
- Ungraded items must never be listed as "professionally graded"
- TNR Cards & Collectibles may request certification verification
5. PRICING & COMMISSION STRUCTURE
TNR Cards & Collectibles charges:
- Commission Fee: 8% of final sale price
- Payment Processing Fee: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
- Shipping Label Fee: $0.50 per label (if using our integrated shipping)
- Featured listing upgrades: Optional premium placement fees
All fees are clearly disclosed at listing creation and before final checkout.
6. SELLER OBLIGATIONS
Sellers agree to:
- Ship items within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation
- Use appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit
- Provide tracking information to buyers
- Respond to buyer messages within 24 hours
- Address reasonable buyer complaints promptly
- Not mislead buyers about item condition, size, or specifications
- Provide accurate weight and dimensions for shipping calculation
- Maintain professional, respectful communication
7. RETURN & REFUND POLICIES
Sellers set their own return policies but must:
- Clearly state return windows (recommended: 14 days for non-graded items)
- Specify who pays return shipping
- Disclose restocking fees, if applicable
- Clearly mark items as "no returns" if that is the policy
- Honor all clearly stated policies
8. SELLER FEEDBACK & RATINGS
Sellers understand:
- Buyers may leave feedback ratings (1-5 stars) and comments
- Feedback is public and visible to other buyers
- TNR Cards & Collectibles cannot remove accurate negative feedback
- Sellers may respond professionally to feedback
- Poor ratings may impact seller visibility
- Repeated poor ratings may result in account suspension
9. TAXES & RECORDKEEPING
Sellers are responsible for:
- Collecting and remitting all applicable sales taxes by state
- Reporting all income to the IRS (Form 1099-K will be issued if applicable)
- Maintaining accurate records of all transactions
- Registering with state tax authorities if required
- Paying income taxes on earnings
- Complying with local business licensing requirements
TNR Cards & Collectibles is not responsible for seller tax obligations. Consult a tax professional for guidance.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In disputes with buyers:
- First attempt direct resolution with buyer (24-48 hours)
- If unresolved, buyer may file formal dispute with TNR Cards & Collectibles
- Provide evidence to support your position (photos, communications, tracking)
- TNR Cards & Collectibles will mediate; decision is binding
- Repeated illegal chargebacks may result in account termination
11. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
TNR Cards & Collectibles may restrict or terminate seller accounts for:
- Repeated low ratings or pattern of complaints
- Selling counterfeit or prohibited items
- Failing to ship items or respond to buyers
- Patterns of deceptive or fraudulent conduct
- Violating platform policies or applicable laws
- Non-payment of seller fees or outstanding chargebacks
12. EARNINGS & PAYOUT
Sellers earn money from successful sales (sale price minus commissions and fees). Payouts are delivered:
- Weekly or bi-weekly depending on account status
- To the verified payment method on file
- Subject to a 14-day hold to protect against reversals
- Minus any refunds, chargebacks, or account balances owed
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Sellers retain ownership of photos and descriptions they create. By uploading content to TNR Cards & Collectibles, sellers grant a license to TNR Cards & Collectibles to reproduce and display content on the platform for promotional purposes.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TNR Cards & Collectibles is not liable for:
- Buyer fraud, non-payment, or chargebacks (beyond our control)
- Lost or damaged items in shipment (buyer's responsibility after delivery)
- Technical issues causing missed sales or downtime
- Refunds issued through buyer dispute resolution

Legal & Compliance Terms
1. JURISDICTION & GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTION
TNR Cards & Collectibles operates exclusively within the United States of America.
- The Service is available only to legal residents and users located within the 50 US states
- International users are explicitly prohibited from registering or using this Service
- Users agree not to use VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions
- Violators will have accounts terminated without refund
- Governing law is the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
2. FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION (FTC) COMPLIANCE
TNR Cards & Collectibles complies with all FTC regulations:
- Truthful Advertising: All product descriptions must be honest and not misleading
- Negative Option Rules: Any subscription or recurring charges require explicit consent
- Endorsements & Testimonials: Any claims or endorsements must be truthful and substantiated
- Deceptive Practices: Prohibited practices include bait-and-switch, false claims, and hidden fees
- Customer Service: We maintain responsive customer service for complaint resolution
3. STATE-BY-STATE COMPLIANCE
TNR Cards & Collectibles complies with regulations from all 50 US states:
3a. SALES TAX OBLIGATIONS
- Sales tax is determined by shipping destination state
- Tax is calculated and collected at checkout
- TNR Cards & Collectibles remits sales taxes to applicable states quarterly
- Sellers are responsible for their own income tax reporting
- Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, and Virginia may have special regulations
3b. STATE AUCTION & SALES REGULATIONS
Certain states regulate online sales and auctions:
- California: Subject to CCPA privacy regulations; shill bidding is illegal
- New York: Auctioneers must be licensed; online auctions regulated
- New Jersey: Consumer protection act applies to all transactions
- Illinois: Online dating/connection services excluded; e-commerce rules apply
- Michigan: Protective equipment and recall compliance required
- Texas: Consumer notice requirements for online transactions
3c. CONSUMER PROTECTION REGULATIONS
- Buyers have 30 days to report fraud or misrepresentation
- Sellers must honor stated return/refund policies in all states
- Deceptive practices are prohibited regardless of state
- State consumer protection agencies may investigate complaints
4. AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) COMPLIANCE
TNR Cards & Collectibles is committed to accessibility:
- Website is WCAG 2.1 AA compliant for blind and low-vision users
- Alternative text for all images is provided
- Keyboard navigation is fully supported
- Screen reader compatibility is maintained

5. CHILDREN'S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT (COPPA)
This Service is for users 18+ only.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13
- We do not knowingly collect information from users under 18
- Age verification: Users must confirm they are 18+ during registration
- If we learn information was collected from a user under 13, we will delete it immediately
- Parents/guardians may request deletion of collected information

6. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (AML) & KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER (KYC)
To prevent financial crime:
- Users must provide verified identity information
- For sellers: Verification includes name, address, and tax ID
- Large transactions ($10,000+) trigger enhanced due diligence
- Suspicious activity is reported to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN)
- Users subject to sanctions or watchlists are prohibited
- Users must not use the platform for money laundering
7. BANK SECRECY ACT (BSA)
TNR Cards & Collectibles remits all required reports:
- Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) filed for transactions meeting thresholds
- Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) filed for cash of $10,000+
- All reports filed with FinCEN as required
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION
TNR Cards & Collectibles respects intellectual property rights:
- Sellers may not list counterfeit or unauthorized products
- Copyright, trademark, and patent holders may file takedown notices
- Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notices are processed within 72 hours
- Repeated IP violations result in account termination
- Counterfeit goods are a crime; violators may face prosecution
9. EXPORT CONTROLS & ECONOMIC SANCTIONS
TNR Cards & Collectibles complies with US export controls:
- Exports to embargoed countries are prohibited
- Items subject to State Department control cannot be exported
- Commerce Department regulations (EAR) are enforced
- Treasury Department Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) list is screened
- Transactions to sanctioned countries/persons are prohibited
10. PAYMENT CARD INDUSTRY (PCI) COMPLIANCE
Credit card data security:
- All transactions are PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant
- Credit card data is never stored on TNR Cards & Collectibles servers
- Payment processing uses industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS)
- Third-party payment processors are PCI audited
- Security breaches trigger immediate notification
11. WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:
TNR CARDS & COLLECTIBLES IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
LIABILITY CAP:
IN NO EVENT SHALL TNR CARDS & COLLECTIBLES LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
Users indemnify and hold harmless TNR Cards & Collectibles from:
- Claims arising from user conduct or content
- Violation of applicable laws
- Infringement of third-party rights
- Fraud, misrepresentation, or deception
14. FORCE MAJEURE
TNR Cards & Collectibles is not liable for delays or failures caused by:
- Natural disasters, earthquakes, floods
- Wars, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Pandemics or epidemics
- Government actions or sanctions
- Internet outages or cyber attacks (beyond reasonable control)

Beta Testing Agreement
1. BETA TESTING PROGRAM OVERVIEW
TNR Cards & Collectibles is in beta testing. By participating, you acknowledge:
- The Service may contain incomplete features, errors, and bugs
- Data may be reset or deleted without notice
- Service availability is not guaranteed
- Performance, security, and functionality may change dramatically
- Your use is for testing purposes only during the beta phase
2. BETA TESTER RESPONSIBILITIES
As a beta tester, you agree to:
- Test the Service thoroughly and report issues promptly
- Provide constructive feedback and suggestions
- Use reasonable efforts to identify and document bugs
- Test across multiple devices and browsers if possible
- Use real usage patterns and realistic testing
- Not intentionally attempt to hack or break the system
- Not share confidential beta features publicly
3. BUG REPORTING PROCESS
To report bugs or issues:
- Email: roy.turner@tnrbusinesssolutions.com with "BUG REPORT:" in subject
- Include: Time of occurrence, device type, browser/app version, screenshots
- Describe the issue clearly, including steps to reproduce
- Include error messages if available
- We will respond with a ticket number within 24 business hours
- Status updates will be provided as we investigate
4. FEEDBACK & FEATURE REQUESTS
Testers are encouraged to suggest improvements:
- Email suggestions to: roy.turner@tnrbusinesssolutions.com
- Use "FEATURE REQUEST:" in subject line
- Explain the issue and your suggested solution
- All feedback will be reviewed and considered
- We cannot guarantee all suggestions will be implemented
- User feedback that leads to features may be credited in release notes
5. DATA & TESTING TRANSACTIONS
During beta testing:
- Test transactions using test data are NOT real charges
- Real financial transactions remain real and binding
- Testers may make actual purchases for testing purposes (at own cost)
- Data may be reset during major updates; keep backups of important records
- Account data may be deleted when beta ends
- Testers are responsible for securing own account information
6. NO WARRANTY & RISK ASSUMPTION
YOU USE THIS BETA SERVICE "AT YOUR OWN RISK."
- We provide NO WARRANTY of functionality, security, or availability
- TNR Cards & Collectibles IS NOT LIABLE for any loss or damage
- Do not rely on beta platform for critical business functions
- Do not store sensitive financial information on beta platform
- Use test data whenever possible; limit real data exposure
7. CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE
Beta testers must keep beta features and information confidential:
- Do not publicly discuss unreleased features
- Do not share screenshots of beta UI in public
- Do not mention specific bugs or security vulnerabilities publicly
- Testers may discuss general experience (e.g., "good feedback on UI")
- Publication or disclosure without permission may result in removal from beta
8. BETA TESTING FEEDBACK LICENSE
By providing feedback or bug reports:
- TNR Cards & Collectibles may use your feedback to improve the Service
- We retain the right to implement suggestions without credit or compensation
- You grant TNR Cards & Collectibles a worldwide license to your feedback
- You acknowledge we may use similar ideas from multiple testers
- You waive any ownership of ideas or features implemented
9. BETA PHASE DURATION
The beta period:
- Will last until official product launch (date TBD)
- May be extended for additional testing
- Will be terminated with 30 days written notice
- Upon termination, accounts may be converted to production or deleted
- Users will have 30 days to download data before deletion
10. TERMINATION OF BETA ACCESS
TNR Cards & Collectibles may terminate your beta access if you:
- Violate this agreement or other Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Publicly disclose confidential beta information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Use the platform for illegal purposes
- Perform security testing without written permission (no hacking allowed)
11. APPRECIATION & RECOGNITION
TNR Cards & Collectibles appreciates beta testers:
- Significant contributors may receive recognition in the app
- Outstanding testers may receive early access to new features
- We may feature tester testimonials with permission
- This recognition is voluntary; compensation is not guaranteed
12. TRANSITION TO PRODUCTION
When beta ends and the Service launches:
- Beta accounts may transition to standard accounts
- Pricing and commission structures may change
- Terms of Service may be updated
- Users may choose to continue using the Service or delete their account
- Continued use after launch constitutes acceptance of updated terms
