Active listings are items you're selling that are visible to buyers. Inactive storage is for your personal collection - items you want to track but aren't currently selling. You can move items between active and inactive anytime.
Can I list items for free?
Yes! The Free tier allows you to list up to 100 active items for sale and store up to 1,000 items in your personal collection. Perfect for casual sellers and collectors.
What happens if I exceed my listing limit?
You'll need to upgrade to a higher tier or move some items to inactive storage (your personal collection). We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
How do transaction fee discounts work?
When you sell items on our platform, higher-tier members pay lower transaction fees. For example, a Pro member selling a $100 item pays only $5 (5%) instead of $8 (8%), keeping $3 more! This only applies to items sold on our platform, not affiliate products.
What is cashback and how does it work?
When you buy items on our platform, Enterprise and Premium members earn cashback credits. For example, an Enterprise member buying a $100 item gets $3 in platform credits, while Premium members get $5. Credits can be used on future purchases. Cashback applies to platform purchases only, not affiliate products (Amazon, eBay, etc.).
Do discounts apply to affiliate products (Amazon, eBay)?
No. Affiliate products are sold by external merchants (Amazon, eBay, TCGplayer, etc.) at their prices. We cannot modify these prices. However, Enterprise and Premium members get cashback on platform purchases and lower transaction fees when selling their own items.
